We are seeking a Geometry Processing Researcher to research, develop, and maintain a set of internal libraries for geometry processing. You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge technology that is capable of automatically generating engineering designs that conform to manufacturing, physical, and aesthetic considerations.
The next frontier for artificial intelligence is designing a better physical world and Braid is at the forefront of this challenge. Founded late 2020 in Tokyo, we are committed to expanding human creativity and engineering by building the software technology for the future of design through a blend of mathematics, physics, computer science, and human ingenuity. We are scientists and engineers, designers and inventors, problem solvers and troublemakers, building principled artificial intelligence for the future of automation for advanced engineering design.
As a Geometry Processing Researcher, you are expected to participate in R&D initiatives aimed at advancing our core technologies for geometry generation. You will work closely with physicists, machine learning researchers, and software engineers to integrate geometry processing tooling into our technology for automating advanced engineering design. You will have a direct and important impact on the solutions we provide to our customers through our platform.
You are an expert in methods for geometry processing, computer graphics, and shape manipulation. You have a deep understanding of multiple computational geometry algorithms and you are comfortable in the implementation of novel solvers that will improve our shape manipulation capabilities.
